SAND FILTERS

The Sand Filters can be used as Primary Filtration, and can be used as Single or Battery of Sand Filter use of Silica Quartz Sand with Mushroom ensures effective filtration.

Sand filters are mainly used for primary filtration of water drawn from reservoirs, dams, open canals, rivers, sewage water and other types of water contaminated with organic impurities, waste like Vegetative materials and algae.
Sand filters are highly recommended when irrigating with poor quality water or in the following conditions:
• As the primary filtration for surface water in single/multi-season driplines.
• For SDI applications using harsh water sources.
